6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Most New Yorkers are no stranger to the concept of workaholism. Studies show that many millennials are experiencing burnout that is depleting their ability to handle the day-to-day, and that they are prioritizing work above all else.
I will be speaking on a panel to share insights and ideas to help prioritize your mental health, minimize burnout, and effectively set boundaries at work and in life. A Q&A discussion will follow. This event is hosted by Extracurricular, an online platform and offline community for those seeking alignment.
